Applications Are Sought For The Following Position
Primary Teacher Aide (EAL/D) - Logan Village Campus
King’s Christian College Logan Village is seeking to appoint a dedicated EAL/D (English as an additional language or dialect) Education Support staff member to join our Primary team.
This role supports students from diverse linguistic backgrounds to develop their English language skills and access the curriculum. The successful applicant will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted support and small group instruction.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Certificate III in Education Support or Certificate IV in TESOL
- Has an understanding of EAL/D learners and language acquisition
- Can support differentiated learning needs
- Builds positive, supportive relationships with students and staff Is committed to the Christian ethos of the College
- Experience in EAL/D support is advantageous.

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;
- at least 2 recent professional referees
- at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a Pastor or Minister).

The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2600 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.
Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.
King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
